March 26, 2025 – New Delhi – The much-anticipated Motorola Razr 60 has officially surfaced on China’s TENAA certification platformconfirming major hardware upgrades ahead of its expected global launch. While the Razr 60 Ultra has already made headlines with its cutting-edge foldable design, the vanilla Razr 60 now grabs attention with its unprecedented memory configurationincluding up to 18GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.

Motorola Razr 60: What TENAA Reveals

The Razr 60listed under model number XT-2553-2retains the signature 3.6-inch external AMOLED display and 6.9-inch foldable AMOLED screen—contrary to earlier reports that suggested a potential size reduction. It continues with a dual-camera setup on the rear featuring 50 MP + 13 MP lenses, and a 32 MP front-facing selfie camera housed inside the folding display.

Massive RAM and Storage Options Confirmed

According to TENAA, the Razr 60 will be available in multiple RAM and storage configurations:

  • RAM Options: 8GB, 12GB, 16GB, and 18GB

  • Storage Options: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB

This marks a huge leap from last year’s Razr 50making the Razr 60 one of the most memory-rich foldable phones ever. However, early speculation suggests that these top-tier configurations—particularly the 18GB/1TB variant—may be exclusive to the Chinese marketat least initially.

Performance and Battery Improvements

The Razr 60 is expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400x chipseta custom-tuned SoC optimized for dual-screen and foldable devices. The battery gets a significant boost, now packing a 4,500mAh unitaligning with the Razr 60 Ultra variant.

Though charging specs haven’t been confirmed on TENAA, it’s likely to feature 30W wired fast charging and wireless charging support. The phone will launch with Android 15 out of the boxmaking it one of the first foldables to run the latest Android version at launch.

Motorola Razr 60: Global Launch Outlook

While the TENAA listing hints at an imminent China launchthere’s no official confirmation yet on the global availability timeline. If Motorola follows previous launch patterns, the international rollout may happen a few weeks later, though higher-end configurations could remain limited to China.
