star reckons the key to a successful relationship is great sex. The 44-year-old is currently single but insists it's important to not be "complacent" with a partner. She said: "You've got to be compatible and have honest conversations. You want someone who is loyal. It will bring truth telling and trust. You've got to have fun and passion.

"People get into a routine and become complacent. Complacency is a real mess for relationships. Add the spice. Twerk in front of him sometimes. Get rid of the kids for the weekend." She cheekily added: "And good sex. Come on." Judi was speaking to on her Smart TV podcast where she said one of her favourite TV shows is Netflix's Love Is Blind. She said: "I do love love. We are not supposed to be on this earth by ourselves whether it's loving a friend, loving a family, loving a partner.

"I think we need to embrace it so much more. What is nicer than real love? When you know someone has got your back. [In Love Is Blind] you get a lot more about the core of relationships which I think we are missing these days.

"Building on friendship. Not the physicality. Just friendship. It's so interesting. It makes you reflect upon your own dating skills. The conversation. I love seeing it when they get intimate on an emotional level, not on a physical level and then the reveal."

But she said she wouldn't start kissing a man straight away on the first meeting like they do in the programme.

She added: "I can't be that girl. I need to see your teeth properly."

This Morning host Alison added: "Whoah, calm down. I don't think I could do that."

Judi - who is also currently starring in Amazon's Last One Laughing with Jimmy Carr - says she would like to host a dating show. She added: "People are starving for emotional connection and I love it."

Judi has previously told how she has planned for her wedding day despite being single. She said: "I'm just speaking it out into the universe that I hope to get married one day.

"I've got my dress, my ring. I'm looking for ideas and my husband - if he's out there, I'm right here waiting."
