The National Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Institute, in partnership with NITI Aayog, is hosting a four-day “Swavalambini” competition at Banaras Hindu University’s Atal Incubation Center in Varanasi.
Young female entrepreneurs from the university and other colleges come together for the event, which gives them a stage on which to present creative ideas for independence in business.
The top 10 start-ups will be selected and given awards on Friday after a difficult selection procedure. Program organizers Nidhi Thakur and Poonam Chauhan may award awards and seed money to exceptional participants.
It is anticipated that NITI Aayog’s seed financing would be very important in assisting upcoming corporate endeavors. The institution will also provide training and other resources to chosen individuals.
This program, which aims to promote innovation and entrepreneurship, has 56 participants in total. As the leading policy think tank in India, NITI Aayog is essential to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship by offering financial assistance and strategic advice to nascent start-ups.
