Actress Manju Warrier who is seen in L2: Empuraan along with Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran admits she still feels the same nervousness before every shot as she did during her debut. Warrier has over three decades of experience in the film industry and winning prestigious awards like the National Award and the Kerala State Film Award. Talking about her feelings Manju told the media in Delhi “I wouldn’t call it self-doubt but I still get just as nervous before every shot whether it’s for Empuraan or any other film. I actually hope this feeling never goes away because it pushes me to improve and do better.” The actress made her debut in 1995 with Sakshyam and is now eagerly awaiting the release of her upcoming film L2: Empuraan set to hit theaters on March 27. Expressing her excitement Warrier said “More than excitement I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a grand film. She heaped praise on Prithviraj Sukumaran who is directing and starring in the upcoming movie. “And of course I have not worked with Prithviraj as an actor. But it is as a director that I got to interact with him for the first time in Lucifer and now in Empuraan.” The actress reveals why Prithviraj Sukumakes it to the Top 5 favourite directors. “And I can easily say any day he will be in the top 5 of my favorite directors. It is such a pleasure working with a director who has such confidence and clarity about what he wants. And it is such a beautiful pleasurable experience for any actor who is working with him. So for me I am enjoying the privilege and the happiness and the excitement of having been part of such a film. And of course I am eagerly waiting to know what the audience also thinks about this film.” Manju was also a part of first part of Sukumarans Trilogy Lucifer. She plays the role of Priya daughter of politician Perunjeri Kesava Ramdas (played by Sachin Khedekar). In Lucifer she marries Bobby played by Vivek Oberoi (villain).
