's new Netflix series has come under fire again as an awkward revelation has come to light. The Duchess of Sussex released her eight-part series, With Love, Meghan, earlier this month - and has been hit with various amounts of controversy ever since its release on March 4.

The latest claim alleges that producers had to step in to make it seem like Meghan was asking her guests questions - without the editing, Meghan was just chatting about herself.

The show, which was reportedly watched by 526,000 households within the first five days of its release, featured Meghan giving hosting tips and cooking advice to her celebrity friends.

During one scene of With Love, Meghan, the 43-year-old invited her friend Mindy Kaling to join her to learn how to make finger food and host a luxury children's party.

Meghan can then be heard spending much of the time speaking about the meals she was making and telling Mindy anecdotes about her personal life - including one story about her science teacher Mr Ben who recently died.

Mindy spent very little time speaking of herself - until the last 15 minutes when she shared an anecdote about "loving restaurants and food" when she was growing up.

With the question not posed in real time by Meghan, a voiceover can be heard of the Duchess asking Mindy, "What kind of things did you like to do as a kid?"

The editing fail was also spotted by US media personality Megyn Kelly, who claimed that Meghan spent a lot of time talking about herself.

Talking on her podcast, Megyn, 54, said: "You can see the break. It's like someone had to coach [Meghan] on how to be a normal person who is an actual friend who has interest in something other than themselves."
