The company has released recruitment for many posts of Junior Executive, for which applications have been invited. What are the eligibility criteria?

Educational Qualification- For Junior Executive Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Chemical posts, one must have a 3-year regular diploma in the relevant field, while for Junior Executive (Fire & Safety), the candidate must have a graduation degree in Science and a Diploma in Fire & Safety.

Age Limit- Candidates applying for all these posts should be at least 18 years old and a maximum 25 years of age. However, reserved category candidates are also given age relaxation as per government rules.

How much is the application fee?

SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee, while all other category candidates (General, OBCNC, and EWS) will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1180 (including GST) through online methods like debit/credit card, UPI or net banking.

What is the selection process?

The selection process for these posts may include shortlisting, computer-based tests (CBT), group discussions, interviews, skill tests, pre-employment medical examinations, physical health efficiency tests, etc., which will be according to the needs of the posts. The computer-based examination will have objective-type questions and it will have two sections. The first section includes general aptitude (English language, quantitative aptitude test, and intellectual ability test), while the second section will have questions related to technical/professional knowledge.

After joining, the selected officers will be kept on probation period for one year. After that, their performance will be evaluated and their permanentization will be considered as per the company policies.

How much salary will be given?

The selected candidates for all these posts will be given a salary ranging from Rs 30 thousand to Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand every month i.e. the CTC given by the company will be around Rs 10.58 lakh.
