In terrifying circumstances, a 14-year-old girl was attacked at Bareilly City Railway Station while she was returning from the Purnagiri Fair. She leaped from a moving train while riding with her father after he collapsed while boarding, according to the event. The little child was allegedly assaulted by an unnamed attacker when she was in a vulnerable position after the fall.

After being discovered in a troubled state, the girl was able to get assistance from the Railway Protection Force (RPF), according to police records. The RPF officers found her close to the station, and they quickly suspected that the girl had been involved in some kind of misbehavior, as did the Government Railway Police (GRP). Details of the event were provided by SP GRP Ashutosh Shukla, who said: “A little girl contacted the RPF after being discovered in a distraught situation. When the RPF and GRP found her close to the station, they assumed that she had been involved in some kind of wrongdoing. Since then, authorities have taken notes on her testimony and begun a thorough investigation into the attack.

In related news, the Government Railway Police (GRP) said that a 23-year-old lady was hurt when she jumped off a moving train to get away from a guy who reportedly tried to rape her in the carriage. The lady told authorities on Sunday that the assault happened on the evening of March 22 and that she is now receiving treatment at the state-run Gandhi Hospital. She was alone when the incident occurred, riding in the ladies’ carriage of a MMTS (Multi-Modal Transport System) train from Secunderabad railway station to Medchal. Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar addressed the woman’s family on Monday in response to the event, promising to see that the offender is held accountable. According to a statement from his office, he also told them that, at their request, she will be sent to a private super-specialty hospital. Shilpa Reddy, the head of the Telangana BJP’s Mahila Morcha, was instructed by the Union Minister to go see the lady and help her move from the public hospital to a private one.

The lady told the police that an unidentified guy, who was around 25 years old, approached her and asked for sexual favors after two other women in the same bus got out at the Alwal railway station. He tried to push himself on her when she refused. She suffered injuries to her head, chin, right hand, and waist as she sprang off the speeding train in terror. According to a GRP officer, she was subsequently assisted by bystanders in getting to Gandhi Hospital. G Chandana Deepti, the superintendent of police for GRP Secunderabad, informed the media that four teams have been established to capture the culprits and that detectives are reviewing CCTV video and assembling evidence. The SP further said that the lady is still being watched and that her status is stable. According to authorities, “the woman, fearing sexual assault, jumped out of the train,” based on her own account. Police noted that she has requested to be notified when the perpetrator is apprehended and has stated her confidence in recognizing him if she sees him again. A case for employing criminal force and requesting sexual favors has been filed under the appropriate provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) in response to her allegation.
