Follow these habits before drinking tea and coffee

Get a deep sleep 7-8 hours at night.
Wake up in the morning and thank God.
Sit in the sun at least 30 minutes.
Do light stretching and pranayama for 10 minutes.
Eat soaked almonds.
Drink lukewarm lemonade.
After this, drink tea or coffee only after at least 160 minutes (about two and a half hours).

Caffeine can be harmed at the wrong time

Luke Kutinho says that before taking caffeine, the body is required to follow the 'Sarcadian Medicine' i.e. the right routine.
