The train’s interiors are designed for comfort and safety. It features ergonomic seats LCD infotainment screens automatic doors and bio-vacuum toilets. The coaches are equipped with CCTV surveillance ensuring a secure journey. Efficient and Punctual On the Lucknow-Delhi route the Tejas Express makes only two brief halts: Kanpur Ghaziabad It departs from Lucknow at 6:10 AM and arrives in Delhi by 12:25 PM. The return journey starts the same day at 3:35 PM reaching Lucknow by 10:05 PM. The Tejas Express cuts the time travelled between the two cities to 6.15 hours from the 6.40 hours taken by the Swarn Shatabdi currently the fastest train on the route. Tejas Express ticket price The Tejas Express ticket is priced at Rs 1280 for AC chair car passengers and Rs 2450 for executive chair car. However due to dynamic pricing the costliest Tejas ticket till now is Rs 4325.
