“We asked the ADO to set up tea for us after the block development officer (BDO) demanded that I have it. He became upset, saying he was tired of being asked for tea over and over again. MLA was reported in the article as saying, “He claimed he wasn’t my subordinate.”

Bishan Saxena, a 58-year-old Assistant Development Officer (ADO) in the panchayat department, requested disciplinary action from District Magistrate Prerna Sharma after the MLA made the request. Saxena was thus sent to the headquarters, and he was the subject of suspension procedures. Additionally, a departmental investigation was established, overseen by Himanshu Gautam, the Hapur Chief Development Officer (CDO).

The report claims that Saxena allegedly responded to the request for tea by stating, “I brought him tea a little while ago. I refuse to repeatedly serve tea to the prime minister and president.

“The action comes after the MLA filed a written complaint,” CDO Gautam said. Vikas Bhavan has been given a show-cause notice and Saxena has been linked to him. The government will receive the report and take appropriate action. Gautam said, “Saxena responded that he shouldn’t be expected to serve tea since he is elderly. He is fighting cancer and receiving medications that might save his life. According to his coworkers, he has a short fuse, but such conduct is unacceptable at work.
