After players like MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, Faf du Plessis, and current skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad, the 34-year-old is the team’s fifth-highest run scorer in the league. In 127 innings, he has amassed 1939 runs for CSK.
After making his IPL debut in 2008, Jadeja then played for the Rajasthan Royals and Kochi Tuskers Kerala before joining CSK in 2012. In 2016 and 2017, he was also a member of the Gujarat Lions.
He is only surpassed by veteran Dwayne Bravo, who tops the team’s wicket statistics with 140, after taking 133 wickets for CSK.
