Dadasaheb Bhagat’s journey is an inspiring story of determination and resilience especially for those from modest backgrounds. His story proves that with hard work dedication and a never-give-up attitude anyone can achieve great success. His journey began in the small village of Sangvi Patan in Beed in Maharashtra where he was born into a humble farming family. His parents were farmers and laborers working tirelessly to make ends meet. Growing up in such modest circumstances Bhagat experienced many struggles early in life. However these hardships only strengthened his resolve to pursue a better future. Bhagat moved to Pune to pursue his career after completing an ITI diploma. He took up a job at Infosys as an office boy earning just Rs. 9000 a month. During his time at Infosys Dadasaheb developed a keen interest in the software industry and recognized its vast potential. Although he was fascinated by the corporate world he knew that climbing the ladder would require further education and skills. Driven by his passion for animation and design Bhagat started attending evening classes after work. His days were spent earning a living while his nights were dedicated to learning and honing his creative skills. After completing his animation course he landed a job in Mumbai. However eager for better opportunities he eventually relocated to Hyderabad. Bhagat began learning programming languages such as Python and C++. His newfound skills gave him the confidence to start his first venture Ninthmotion a design company. With hard work and dedication the company gradually expanded. By 2018 Bhagat set up an office in Pune and brought together a team of 10-15 talented designers all skilled in creating high-quality animated content. The company steadily grew its revenue over the years. In 2018-19 Ninthmotion generated ₹48 lakh followed by Rs. 38 lakh in 2019-20 and Rs. 32 lakh in 2020-21. Despite the pandemic the business thrived and by the current year its turnover soared to an impressive Rs. 1.8 crore. However a major road accident forced him to quit his job and focus entirely on building his design library. This led to the creation of DooGraphics a website offering Canva-like design tools and customizable templates. Even the COVID-19 pandemic couldn’t deter Bhagat’s determination. When faced with operational challenges he shifted his business back to his village in Beed. With the support of his skilled friends he set up a makeshift office in a cattle shed. Bhagat’s hard work and persistence finally paid off when he appeared on Shark Tank India season 3. The young entrepreneur from a small village impressed shark Aman Gupta who offered Rs. 1 crore for a 10% equity stake in his company. This deal skyrocketed DooGraphics valuation into crores marking an extraordinary achievement for someone who started with almost nothing. His career saw him working as a Roto Artist at Prime Focus World contributing to Hollywood films like Narnia and Star Wars.
