In February 2025 last month, the sales of Maruti Suzuki Jimny in India reached 385 units, although it was more than the January sales. In October 2024, Jinmi's sales reached 1,211 units. Thar has been bought by 9,248 people last month as compared to Jinmi. It includes both 3 and 5 door models.
Jimny is a compact off-roader, which is famous for both off-road and highway. Its 5-door design increases practicality. It is equipped with many modern facilities. The on-road price of Maruti Jimny's base model starts at around Rs 14.58 lakh and the price of the top model goes to Rs 17.07 lakh on-road to Delhi.
Maruti Suzuki Jimny is the most different due to its cute, retro and boxy design. Four people can sit in it and there are many practical facilities in it, although it is not as much as its rivals. Its performance for daily driving is quite good and it comes standardly with 4 × 4.
