Material for making spongy dhokla

Besan – 1 cup
Suzy – 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
Ino powder – 1 teaspoon
Grain Green Chilli – 2 (Fine)
Granted Ginger – 1 teaspoon
Curd – 1/4 cup
Oil – 3 teaspoons
Salt – as per taste
Curry leaves-8-10
Rye – 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Green Chilli – 4 (long chopped)
Asafoetida – 1 pinch

Recipe for making spongy dhokla

1. First put 2-3 cups of water in a vessel and keep it to heat up.
2. Now heat the pot that makes Dhokla for 5 minutes. Then take small plates after this.
3. Now apply 1 teaspoon of oil and lubricate the plate a little.
4. Add gram flour, semolina, lemon juice, green chilli and ginger paste to a large bowl.
5. Then add curd and 3/4 water to the mixture. After adding water, add salt according to taste.
6. Keep in mind that kernels should not be made in the mixture.
7. Add the eno in it and put it in a grown plate with oil.
8. Do not fill the plate up to the top. After this, by taking out the whistle of the cooker or putting a stand in a big vessel, place a stand in a vessel to make a dhokla and place a plate on top of it.
9. Now cook the mixture in steam for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
10. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Add asafetida, mustard, curry leaves and long green chopped chili to the hot oil and apply tempering.
11. Add less than 1/2 cup of water and sugar as per requirement in the mixture.
12. Let the mixture come to a boil and then cook it for a minute.
13. Now cut the dhokla into pieces and pour the water slowly on the dhokla.
14. Put finely chopped green coriander over the dhokla and serve the housemates.
