Instead, you can eat light and nutritious snacks such as fruits, salads, sprouted grains, roasted lotus seeds and dry fruits. Take care of cleanliness and freshness before eating outside food.
In summer, strong sunlight can cause severe damage to the skin. In such a situation, use sunscreen to avoid sunburn and tanning. Try to wear light, loose and cotton clothes while traveling. This makes the sweat dry easily. The body also remains cold. While coming out in the sun, you must wear sunglasses, hats or caps and scarves.
You should avoid going out in the sun between 10 am and 4 pm. If you are going, then take an umbrella with you. This will protect you from scorching sun. Otherwise, the risk of heat stroke, dizziness and sunstroke increases.
