The law for those whom it needs for it, Suryakant, Justice of Supreme Court, spoke in Himachal

Supreme Court Judge Justice Suryakant said on Sunday that the law is not only for those who have access to this but it is for all those who are in dire need of it. Justice Suryakant, in the second convocation of Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU) held at the Judicial Academy, emphasized that success requires determination and intelligence for success.

Justice Suryakant also talked about self-respect, honesty and continuous development, which are some challenges faced by the students of the law. During this, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu was also present.

Law studies create confidence

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said during the ceremony that the study of law instills confidence in the people, no matter what field he has chosen. He said that I also obtained a law degree from HPU (Himachal Pradesh University), but I never advocated. I was interested in politics and social service and with the blessings of the people of the state, I have got an opportunity to serve the state today.

Real challenges in life after getting degree

CM Sukhu said that real challenges in life start after receiving degrees and true knowledge is obtained from experience. A total of 451 students were awarded degrees during the convocation. Of these, 114 were given BA LLB, 111 was awarded BBA LLB, 211 LLM and 15 were awarded PhD degrees.
