Try raw raw kim kebab, note easy recipe

Keema kabab recipe:On hearing the name of the kebab, many people get water in their mouths, especially the raw minced kebab. Raw mince kebabs are not only delicious but also easy to make. But if you are living outside this country, you must have made a lot of kebabs, but have you ever tried kebabs? If not, do it once because it looks very tasty. To make it, raw kemes are used and by adding spices, they are fried in oil by making kebabs. However, many times we have difficulty in making kebabs like- the kebabs are broken, kebabs are not made properly. If your kebabs do not become crisp or do not stick properly on the stake, then you do not need to worry.

Mincery – 250 grams

Gram flour- 5 teaspoons

Garlic-ginger paste- 1 teaspoon

Coriander leaf- 2 tablespoons

Mint leaves- 2 tablespoons

Red chili pieces- 2 tablespoons

Chopped onion- 1

Garam Masala Powder- 1 teaspoon

Green chillies- 3-4 (finely chopped)

salt to taste

Frying oil

Way to make

First of all, wash the mutton mince thoroughly and clean it.

Then slowly squeeze the water with your hands or sieve with a muslin cloth.

Now add mutton minced, chopped onion, gram flour, red chili pieces, ginger garlic paste, green coriander, green chillies, garam masala powder and mint leaves in a large bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well and take a small part of the mince mixture and make a medium size kebab.

Heat the oil on low flame and deep fry the raw minil kebabs until cooked inside and outside.

Just your kebabs are ready, which can be served with green chutney.
