Gautam Adani Luxury Properties And Private Jets In 2020 Gautam Adani purchased a Rs 400 crore estate known as Aditya Estates in Delhi. The 3.4-acre property was acquired after Adani Group placed the winning bid according to LiveMint. Apart from real estate Gautam Adani owns multiple private jets like Bombardier which accommodates 50 passengers Beechcraft  can fit 8 passengers and Hawker which accommodates 37 passengers.
