Just like Meta's messaging platform Instagram and Facebook, now you can also upload a song with your photo on WhatsApp status. Before this update, people used to upload status by editing it with another app to put a song with the photo. But now users will get the option to upload this song in WhatsApp itself.

How will the song play in WhatsApp?

The process of putting a song on WhatsApp status is very similar to Instagram and Facebook. It can also be said that Meta has made it even easier for WhatsApp.

• First open WhatsApp and go to Updates in the option given above.
• After this, click on Add Status and select the photo of your choice, which you want to upload with the song on the status.
• After taking the photo, a music option will be found on the top of the same status editing screen, by clicking on which you can select the song.
• After selecting the song of your choice, which part of the song you want to use with the photo, you can finalize it from the track given below.
• After this, by clicking on Done, the song will be added to the status. After this, by clicking on the send button given in the bottom corner, the status will be uploaded.
• Songs can be added to WhatsApp for videos as well as photos. With this new feature, a 15-second song can be added with a photo. At the same time, status can be uploaded with a 60-second song in the video.
