Salman Khan's much awaited film 'Sikander' has been released in theaters on March 30. Fans had been waiting for this film for a long time. However, the film's opening collection was slightly less than expected. Nevertheless, 'Alexander' has become the second largest opening film of this year. This Eid release of Salman Khan was a special gift for fans, but it did not start as strong at the box office. Advance booking was average and after release the film received mixed reviews. Despite this, on the first day, 'Alexander' made a net collection of Rs 30.06 crore.
'Alexander' fell behind in the race to become the biggest Bollywood opener of this year. The film became the second largest opening film of 2025, but could not leave Vicky Kaushal's 'Chhava'.
Opening Day Collection:
The film could not get the benefit of Sunday's holiday, but the makers hope that the audience will get good response on Eid day. According to trade expert Atul Mohan, 'Alexander' can earn up to Rs 40 crore on Eid day. Now it has to be seen whether 'Alexander' really makes a blast on Eid.
The film was directed by AR Murugados is done and it is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film along with Salman Khan consists of excellent actors like Rashmika Mandana, Prateek Babbar, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi and Satyaraj.
