Police reached his 10-year-old address to interrogate Kunal Kamra, comedian said- this is a waste of resource

Stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra has recently shared a post on Microblogging Site Twitter i.e. X and in this post he has taken a dig at Mumbai Police. In fact, on Monday, the Mumbai Police team reached the house of Dadar of Kunal Kamra. The Mumbai Police wanted to interrogate Kunal after jokes and parody poem on Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde. Reacting on this whole matter, Kunal Kamra has written that 'on a address where I have not been there for the last 10 years. This is a waste of your time and public resources.

In fact, Kunal Kamra has registered three separate cases against him at Khar police station after the alleged controversial remarks made about Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde at the Stand Up Comedy Show. According to the Mumbai Police, one of these three cases was lodged by the Mayor of Jalgaon city, while the other two complaints were lodged by a hotel businessman and a businessman from Nashik.

Interim anticipatory bail from Madras High Court

To avoid arrest, Kunal filed an application for bail in the Madras High Court. On March 28, the court granted Kunal Kamra to interim anticipatory bail in connection with several FIRs lodged against him. Justice Sundar Mohan ordered interim anticipatory bail till 7 April with conditions.

Kunal Kamra is always trapped in controversies about comedy

Kunal Kamra is also stuck in controversies about her comedy earlier. He tried to take a dig at the government even during the closure of the note. In the process of trolling a news channel anchor inside the flight, Kunal Kamra was banned by the airline company to sit in the flight.
