LPG Price Reduction from April 1 With the beginning of Navratri, LPG consumers have received good news. On April 1, 2025, oil marketing companies announced new LPG cylinder rates. The price of the 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has been slashed by ₹41 to ₹45, benefiting business owners from Delhi to Kolkata. However, the price of the 14 kg domestic cylinder remains unchanged since August 1, 2024.
How Much Have LPG Prices Dropped? According to the latest rates from Indian Oil:
In Delhi, the 19 kg commercial cylinder has become ₹41 cheaper, dropping from ₹1,803 to ₹1,762.
In Kolkata, the price has been reduced by ₹44.50, from ₹1,913 to ₹1,868.50.
In Mumbai, the price has decreased by ₹42, from ₹1,755.50 to ₹1,713.50.
In Chennai, the cylinder is now ₹44 cheaper, reducing from ₹1,965.50 to ₹1,921.50.
In Patna, the new price for a commercial LPG cylinder is ₹2,031.
