Abu Dhabi: The UAE has immediately sent a search and rescue team, consisting of members from the Abu Dhabi Police, the National Guard, and the Joint Operations Command, to assist efforts to save people impacted by the earthquake in Myanmar in accordance with the directives of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
This effort is the result of the United Arab Emirates’ pledge to provide prompt assistance to communities affected by natural catastrophes worldwide as a show of brotherhood and unity.
