'Solonus' is found in green potatoes. It is a type of neurotoxin, which is similar to poison. Its intake can cause headache, stomach pain and paralysis. In severe cases, coma and even death can occur. Therefore, the green part of the potato should not be eaten.

Nutmeg is also harmful.

As you would know that cyanide is the most dangerous poison, so bitter almonds are also very harmful to health. If excessive amounts of bitter almonds are eaten at a time, they can be toxic to the body.

Half Rajma is also harmful.
Although Rajma is beneficial for health, but if Rajma is not fully cooked then it can prove to be poisonous for the body. Actually, Lectin is found in Rajma. It is a type of toxic substance that can cause vomiting, nausea and abdominal pain. When Rajma is fully cooked, the lactin present in it dissolves completely, causing it to almost eliminate the risk.

 

Brown rice can also be toxic.
Although brown rice is considered very healthy, it can prove to be poisonous for the body if it is eaten incorrectly. Actually, any rice has a very high amount of arsenic, which can cause cancer in the body. Brown rice has a higher quantity than white rice. So whenever you make a brown rice, first clean it thoroughly with drinking water at least 5 to 6 times and soak the rice for half an hour to 1 hour. Then remove the water, and add water and keep it to cook. This will reduce the amount of arsenic to a great extent.
