Bollywoods most celebrated couple Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan have not only made their mark in the industry but have also built an impressive real estate portfolio. From purchasing Mannat in 2001 for Rs 13 crore to owning five more properties in Delhi and Dubai they have established themselves as prominent names in the world of luxury real estate.
Shah Rukh Khan and his family recently moved out of Mannat after living their for more than 25 years. The house is about to undergo a significant renovation. They have now shifted temporarily to Pali Hill.
After making a big move Gauri and SRK sold their another premium residential property. According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards Gauri who is a renowned interior designer has sold a property located in Kohinoor Altissimo a ready-to-move residential project in Dadar (West) Mumbai.
The Khans made a profit of 37% by selling their flat for Rs 11 crore which was initially purchased for Rs 8.5 crore.
The flat is developed by Kohinoor CTNL Infrastructure Company Pvt Ltd and is located close to major hubs such as Shivaji Park Worli and Prabhadevi.
