CBSE Board Exam 2025 is over, and now students and parents are waiting for the results to be declared. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts exams for lakhs of students every year, and this year too, around 42 lakh students have appeared for the 10th and 12th exams.
The CBSE board class 10 exams were conducted between February 15 and March 18, 2025, while the class 12 exams will end on April 4, 2025. Overall, this year 24.12 lakh students appeared for the class 10 exams in 84 subjects, while 17.88 lakh students appeared for the class 12 exams in 120 subjects.

The results were released on May 13 in the year 2024, May 12 in 2023, July 22 in 2022, August 3 in 2021, and July 15 in 2020. The results were delayed between 2020 and 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic but were declared on time in 2023 and 2024.

This time CBSE conducted a live webcast for the first time to give information about the exam rules and evaluation process. The webcast went live on CBSE's YouTube channel on February 14, providing guidelines to exam center superintendents, supervisors, and other officials.
CBSE curriculum to be implemented in Maharashtra
The Maharashtra government has announced that the CBSE curriculum will be implemented up to class 12 in the state by 2028. According to School Education Minister Dada Bhuse, the CBSE curriculum will be implemented in class 1 from 2025 and will be extended to all classes by 2028.

The CBSE Board Exam 2025 results will be released on the official websites cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. Students can check the results through their roll number and school code. Students are advised to regularly check the updates on the official website.
