100 grams soy chunks
1 onion finely chopped
2 green chillies
red chilli
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Amchur powder
3 teaspoon gram flour
1 cup gram dal
Lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
Ginger-garlic paste
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt taste
To fry oil
First of all, soak soy chunks in hot water. Soak gram dal for about 2 hours. If the gram is not soaked, you can take gram flour.
– Remove soy chunks from water and squeeze well so that the soaked water comes out.
– Take soy chunks and wet gram dal in the grinder. Grind well and make a paste. Now add gram flour, finely chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves to this paste.
– Add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, mango powder, garam masala as per taste and mix. Add lemon juice and mix well.
– Apply a little oil in your hands and prepare the mixer kebabs. If you want, you can deep fry them in a pan.
– Or put oil in a pan and bake on low flame thoroughly till it turns golden. Just soy kebab is ready.
