The film also featured cameo appearances by Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, and Akshay Kumar.

Recently, the actress attended the launch of The Commonsense Diet, a book by her longtime nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar. During the event, she spoke about her commitment to balancing work and family life while staying fit and active for years to come.

‘I want to work at 75 and pick up my grandkids’

At 44, Kareena Kapoor is embracing ageing with a positive mindset. She believes that fitness is not about looking young but about staying strong and independent. Speaking at the book launch, she said, “Age is just a number. I want to be fit enough to take on whatever old age brings. Whether it’s working on a film set at 70 or 75, or bending down to pick up my grandchildren, I want to keep going. For that, I need to eat right and take care of myself.”

She emphasized the importance of yoga, a balanced diet, and regular exercise, saying, “For me, ageing is about embracing life while taking care of my body. I eat ghee, khichdi, do weight training for muscle strength, go for walks, and practice Surya Namaskars. It’s about maintaining my well-being rather than relying on skin treatments and Botox.”
