The location of Airtag can be tracked through iPhone, iPad and MacBook. The bag has an airtag and suppose that for some reason you do not get your bag, then you will have to report it to the airport staff of Air India, they will help in entering the Property Irgularity Report. After this, the passenger will have to generate the share item location in the Find My App and then share the location link with Air India Staff.
To share the Airtag link, go to the Lost and Found Baggage option in the baggage option in the Customer Support Portal in the Air India app. Air India will also share the link through email, with the help of which you will be able to track the status of the bag. Note that the Apple Airtag feature is compatible with a device running on the version of iOS 18.2, iPados 18.2 and Macos 15.2.
