LDA Housing Scheme: The goal of acquiring a residence in the capital is about to come true. On April 4, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will open registration for the much anticipated Anant Nagar Housing Scheme of the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA). At an estimated cost of Rs 10,000 crore, this enormous residential project on Mohan Road is being constructed across 785 acres.

All income levels are to have access to homes under the Anant Nagar program, however those living in the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) would get preferential treatment. For further information, interested parties may call the toll-free hotline (180018005000) or apply for plots via the LDA website.

This design is special because it is close to the first Edu-Tech City in the state, which positions it as a future center of social, commercial, and economic growth. The township, which is intended to house around one lakh people, would include well-organized and safe residential infrastructure.

Every block will include retail malls, marriage halls, vending areas, and solid waste management systems. Eight blocks will be used to create the project.

In the meanwhile, the LDA is moving on with the purchase of property for two other significant projects in Mohanlalganj: the IT City, which would occupy 1696.77 acres, and the projected Wellness City, which will occupy 1197.98 acres.

The LDA is developing a new plan to sell unoccupied apartments valued at more than Rs 147.85 crore in order to solve the problem of unsold inventory in its residential unit complexes. To create an action plan centered on marketing, upkeep, and renovation of these apartments, a specialized team is being assembled.

The action seeks to expedite the sale of:

-119 3BHK apartments at Shravan Apartment that are still unsold (Rs 65 crore).

-34 unoccupied two-bedroom apartments in Adra Apartment (Rs 14.33 crore).

-42 2BHK apartments (Rs 9.61 crore) remain unsold.

-80 two-bedroom apartments in Phase-2 of Sopan Enclave (Rs 30.31 crore).

Rashmi Lok Apartment has sixteen one-bedroom apartments (Rs 6.79 crore).

-53 apartments at Sunrise Apartment’s Mrigasira Building (Rs 21.80 crore).

-Around 50,000 people will be housed in the roughly 10,000 apartments that will be constructed across 60 plots.
