Actress Aruna Irani, who was seen in many films with Bollywood stars Manoj Kumar, also paid tribute to her. Talking about the actor, he described him as his guru. Also, he told how Manoj Kumar's condition was in the last days. He said that his lungs were filled with water.
Told Manoj Kumar his teacher
In a special conversation with e-Times, Aruna Irani said, “He was my guru. I did my first film Upkar with him- a great actor, director and producer. His wife is also a very cute person, and we used to get special care during the shooting of his films. I used to be in almost every film. If he had done 10 films, I was part of 9 films.”
Aruna Irani said that he was a brilliant person with a beautiful heart. He further said that when we like to work with someone, we do not only remember them for their work, Blica also misses the time spent with them.
How was the actor's condition in the last days
Manoj Kumar died due to prolonged illness. Talking about his illness, Aruna Irani said, “No one could go against time and age. He was ill for a long time. A few months ago I was admitted in the same hospital because I had fracture in my leg, and he was also there. I could not meet him due to my injury.”
Water used to fill the lungs
He said that his lungs were filled with water and he used to come there for treatment, some days admitted and then go back home. He said that God give peace to his soul. We will miss them too much, but in the end we all have to go one day or the other.
