PSEB 8th Result 2025 Topper's list: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) on Friday declared the results for the PSEB Punjab Board Class 8. Along with the PSEB 8th Result 2025, the board has also announced the PSEB 8th Topper List 2025. This year, Puneet Verma tops Punjab class 8 exam. This year, a total of 290,471 candidates from 10,471 schools have sat for the exam, out of which 282,627 have passed. The overall pass rate for this result is 97.30 per cent.
In order to clear the exam, students have to achieve a minimum of 33 per cent marks. Any student who is not satisfied with his/her result can apply for rechecking. The cost of re-evaluation will be Rs 1,000 for each answer sheet, and an extra Rs 500 charge will be required to see the checked answer sheets.
Last year, Harnoorpreet Kaur of Govt. Sr. Secondary School, Bhai Rupa, Bathinda topped the state with 100% marks in Class 8. Gurleen Kaur of New Flowers Public Sr. Secondary School, Amritsar ranked second with 99.67%, and Armandeep Singh of Gov. Elementary School, Ratoke, Sangrur ranked third with 99.5%. Pathankot district achieved the highest pass percentage at 99.68%, and Moga acquired the lowest at 97.14%.
