dropped a bombshell on her co-stars at , revealing their plea for change after she was snapped in "embarrassing" paparazzi shots. During an episode of Loose Women: The Podcast, the star, who is celebrating 13 years away from , opened up about a past habit during her time as a party-goer.

In an honest admission about what she called a "medical issue", Denise found the behaviour "hilarious" initially but conceded that she was often "usually the only person in the world" finding it amusing. This led to Denise being captured in "embarrassing" photos by the paparazzi, which in turn led her colleagues on Loose Women to suggest a shift in habit for one "terrible" reason.

Denise revealed: "I always had what I considered to be a , which I named 'compulsive flashing disorder', that when I was out on a night out, I, usually the only person in the world, thought it was hilarious to flash my boobs. And there are many pap shots, embarrassing now, of me flashing my bra, and the girls here at Loose Women used to say, 'Denzy, because of your compulsive flashing disorder, would you please just invest in some good underwear because it was always really terrible."

The former actress then confessed that her bras were invariably "grey, beige," acknowledging that although she envisions herself as an Agent Provocateur type, she is "sadly" not. Denise, who is understood to have turned to alcohol after struggling with clinical depression, has been candid about her run-ins with alcohol addiction. Last year, she disclosed a health scare that almost resulted in her losing her hard-earned sobriety, reports

While speaking on the ADHD Chatter podcast, Denise recounted how her experience defied expectations as reported by the Mirror.

In her own words, she articulated: "So, I thought I'm going to take this tablet and by the time I leave our London apartment, I'm going to have vacuumed everywhere and I'm going to have thought, right, for once I really want to settle down to that bulk of affairs that I've ignored since I was 18-years-old."

She confessed the upsetting aftermath too: "An hour later I wanted a drink and a cigarette for the first time in 11 years and it was horrendous how it affected me. Had I not been so many years into (it) and so secure managing my sobriety it would have been a very, very dangerous tipping point for me."

Separately, the actress, famed for her role in 'Soldier Soldier', conveyed her feelings in an interview with Heat magazine regarding the challenge 'Loose Women' faces from the new Channel 5 show 'Vanessa', led by former 'This Morning' host Vanessa Feltz.

Denise conveyed her good wishes to Vanessa while acknowledging she hadn't managed to catch the programme herself yet.
