14 rail overbridges are now being built under a cost-sharing arrangement between the state government and the railways. According to Jagran.com, the Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation is in charge of constructing the approach roads leading to these overbridges.

Important Projects Are Almost Done
Between the Chausa and Gahmar railway stations in Buxar, where the railway section is already finished, is one of the main ROBs now being built. It is anticipated that the approach road will be completed by June 2025.

By June, another ROB linking Buxar and Baruna should also be constructed. A bridge connecting Karbandia and Mughalsarai is also being built in the Rohtas district. The approach road is being constructed, and the project is anticipated to be completed this year, even though the railway portion is still in progress.

The ROB linking Pusauli and Muthani stations in Kaimur is still under construction. The bridge corporation is working on the approach road, which was originally scheduled to be done in March but is now probably going to be finished this year. The railway portion has been finished.

Deadline for Some Projects in December
The ROB connecting Parsauni and Sitamarhi is still being built in Sitamarhi, with the approach road expected to be finished by December 2025.

The ROB between Naugachia and Katoria in Bhagalpur, meanwhile, is anticipated to be finished by the end of the year.

Once in service, these ROBs will guarantee safer crossings and greatly enhance local traffic, particularly in regions that formerly depended on level crossings.
