is gearing up to , Confessions of a Female Founder, next week. The Duchess of Sussex is currently on a high with her career ventures, with the 43-year-old celebrating a major milestone earlier this week.

Meghan officially launched her new brand, As Ever, on April 2 - with . Ahead of the release of her new podcast, PR expert Rhea Freeman from has offered the Duchess of Sussex four tips to ensure that it is a major success.

Speaking to the , Ms Freeman - who titled, 'You've Got This: How to supercharge your business and conquer your goals' earlier this year - firstly shared that Meghan should be encouraged to utilise her social media - in particular her account, @meghan.

Ms Freeman said: "She already has 2.6 million followers on Instagram with her reels receiving millions of views. Tapping into this will help her with the podcast."

Expanding on this, she added: "Sharing behind the scenes snaps, short form video of key moments, and allowing social media to show her followers her more human side will help."

The expert also encouraged Meghan to get amazing guests to appear alongside her on Confessions of a Female Founder. She said: "One of the benefits of an interview style podcast is that you don't just market to your audience, you market to theirs as well.

"This introduces more people to your content with the hope being that many will stick around and listen to other episodes too!"

Thirdly, Meghan should ensure that she is relatable, according to Ms Freeman. She added: "Making the content relatable, particularly in the world we live in today.

"Focusing on the tough parts, the trials and tribulations, and the funny bits as well as success will help the podcast to tick the inspirational and relatability boxes."

Lastly, she urged Meghan to make extra content with her guests, adding: "Just like the viral clip where Meghan appeared on Gwyneth Paltrow's feed, borrowing other people's audiences in this way will also help to gain reach and exposure for the podcast, but also Meghan as a brand."
