Sattu

Sattu – 3 to 4 tablesprins
Water – 2 cups cold water
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
Green chillies- 2 finely chopped
Raw mango- 1 cup
Sugar (according to taste) – 1 to 2 tablespoons
Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Rock salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh mint leaves – 4 to 5 leaves
Ice cubes

Sattu's recipe for syrup

1. First, put sattu (roasted gram flour) in a deep glass or large pot. It can easily meet the market, but you can also make it at home if you want. Now add cold water to this sattu. Keep in mind that the water is fresh and cold, so that the taste of syrup is even more fresh.

2. Then add sugar to taste. If you like less sweet, keep the amount of sugar less. Mix it well and mix it with sattu and water, so that Sattu dissolves well.

3. Now add onion, green chillies, raw mango, black salt and rock salt. Black salt makes syrup a little spicy and tasty, while rock salt cools your stomach. After this add roasted cumin powder. Cumin not only enhances taste, but also improves digestion.

4. Add lemon juice to bring freshness to syrup. Lemon brings both sourness and freshness in syrup. If you want, you can add fresh mint leaves. This will give the syrup another freshness and fragrance.
