To celebrate the occasion, Joe Chen shared two video clips and seven photos on Instagram, including a cherished snapshot from their wedding day.

“Happy anniversary! It feels like it was just yesterday,” she wrote in the caption, according to The Star. “Have I already entered the forgetful stage of old married life already? Thank you for being my best friend.”

The actress also playfully joked about the dynamics of their marriage, saying that no matter who is right or wrong, Alan Chen always apologizes first.

“Sigh, you’ve got it tough. I’m so lucky,” she added.

Known as the “Queen of Idol Dramas,” Joe Chen has left a significant mark on the entertainment industry with her roles in hit series like “The Prince Who Turns into a Frog,” “Fated to Love You,” and “The Queen of SOP.”

Alan Chen, a successful businessman from a wealthy Malaysian family with interests in health supplements and real estate, is also known for his ownership of private jets and a collection of luxury cars. He has a passion for art, particularly oil painting.

The couple first met in 2019 on the Chinese dating show “Meeting Mr. Right 2” and officially registered their marriage in 2022. Despite being married, Joe Chen has reportedly faced criticism from her in-laws for not having children yet, as reported by the South China Morning Post.
