They bought a home in 2024, and decided to live in it permanently after Donald Trump ’s win. The duo was ‘very disillusioned’ after his win, and decided to get out of the states.

Eva Longoria Eva Longoria, ‘The Young and the Restless’ actress, splits her time between Mexico and Spain. While she specified that she didn’t leave the country because of Donald Trump, Longoria mentioned that she is ‘privileged’ to leave the ‘Dystopian Country.’ “Most Americans aren’t so lucky. They’re going to be stuck in this dystopian country, and my anxiety and sadness is for them,” she said, according to Vanity Fair.

Britney SpearsBritney Spears has been living in Mexico to focus on her mental health amid the drama with paparazzi criticizing her appearance and constant media attention. The scrutiny took a toll on her well-being, and she posted an Instagram video in December stating that she had left the States.

America FerreraAmerica Ferrara moved to London in November after being upset about Trump’s win. According to the Daily Mail, a source mentioned that she was sick of Trump being President - again. Sophie TurnerSophie Turner, the ‘Game of Thrones’ actress, relocated to Europe after a public drama with her ex-husband, Joe Jonas. “After the Uvalde [school] shooting, I knew it was time to get the f*** out of there. I’m so happy to be back. I never feel like myself when I’m not in London,” she expressed in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK, highlighting that everything just piled on and Turner made the decision to move out of the States.

Richard GereRichard Gere, the actor in 'Pretty Woman,' moved to Spain along with his family, which was not a political move. The actor sold his house in Connecticut so that his wife would be closer to her family and culture. “For Alejandra, it will be wonderful to be closer to her family, her lifelong friends, and her culture.
