Method (Kheera Cutlet Recipe)
- First of all, wash the cucumber thoroughly and grate it. Then wrap it in a cotton cloth and squeeze it well, so that its excess water comes out.
- Now add grated cucumber, boiled potatoes, green coriander, green chillies, ginger, onion, gram flour, breadcrumb, salt, black pepper, cumin powder and lemon juice in a large pot. Mix all the ingredients well so that a thick and smooth mixture is ready.
- Take small parts from this mixture and make round or oval shaped cutlets with hands.
- Now heat oil in a griddle or pan. Put the cutlets in light oil and fry on medium flame till it becomes golden and crispy from both sides.
- When the cutlets cook well from both sides, take them out on the kitchen paper so that the extra oil is absorbed.
- Serve delicious cucumber cutlets with green coriander sauce or tomato sauce.
