PNB Bank has made a big update regarding KYC. The bank said through a notification that all customers must get KYC done before April 10. If any user is unable to do KYC, then he may face problems in doing transactions in the future.

You can do KYC of your PNB account both online and offline. If you want to do online KYC, then you can get KYC done by visiting a bank branch near you.

For this, you have to request the bank officer for the KYC form.

Then the details and documents asked in the form have to be submitted. But if you do not want to go to the bank, then you can do online KYC even from home.

How to update online KYC?

If you want to update KYC online, then you can carefully follow the steps given below.

Step 1- First of all you have to download the PNB One app from the Play Store.

Step 2- After this, log in to the app.

Step 3- After logging in, you have to find the KYC option here.

Step 4- If you see pending in the KYC option. So click on KYC Update.

Step 5- After which you will get OTP for verification.

Step 6- After getting the OTP, enter it. After which your KYC will be done.

What to do if the KYC option is not visible?

If you do not see the KYC option anywhere in the app, then follow the steps given below.

Step 1- First of all you have to go to the option of searching bar given in the app.

Step 2- Then write KYC and search. After searching, here you will see the option of checking KYC status.

Step 3- Click on it and proceed, then you have to click on the Update option.

Step 4- If you see the option of Already kYC Complied, then it means KYC has been done.

In this way, you can also check your KYC status.

How to do online KYC from the website?

Step 1- First of all you have to log in by going to the retail option.

Step 2- Then go to Personal Settings here and click on Check KYC Status.

Step 3- Here you have to enter the address, annual income. Along with this, enter the Aadhaar number.

Step 4- After which OTP will come on the Aadhaar registered mobile number, enter it.

Step 5- After which your KYC will be completed.
