With yogasanas, Shilpa Shetty commemorates World Health Day

Actress Shilpa Shetty celebrated World Health Day on social media by demonstrating a number of yoga poses.

Shilpa, who is well-known for her commitment to health and fitness, shared her practice with her followers, inspiring them to place a higher priority on mindfulness and wellness. She stressed the value of yoga in sustaining a balanced and healthful lifestyle in her message. The actress from “Dhadkan” posted a video of herself doing several yoga poses on her Instagram account on Monday.
