India currently has the highest number of youth in the world and when this youth power is educated and skilled, no destination is far away. In such a situation, the central government has taken a unique initiative to bring the youth into the mainstream and give them experience of the corporate sector.
Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme (PM Internship Scheme - PMIS). Through this scheme, the government is giving an opportunity to move forward to those youth who were lagging behind due to being economically backward till now.
Now you can apply till 15 April
This scheme was announced by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in the budget of 2024-25. Under the scheme, youth between the age of 21 to 24 years will be given the experience of corporate culture, that too without any fee or expense.
Earlier the last date for application was 31 March 2025, which was extended to 15 April 2025. That is, the students or young professionals who had missed this opportunity earlier, now have another golden opportunity.
Who can apply?
The age of the candidates applying for this recruitment campaign should be between 21 years to 24 years.
Talking about the education of the candidates, the candidates should be at least 10th pass. Should not be in full time job. Family income should be less than Rs 8 lakh annually. Also there should be no government employee in the family.

Step 3: Then the candidates fill the necessary information.
Step 4: Now the candidates upload the document and submit it.

Candidates are advised to apply before the last date of application. After the last date is over, they will not get a chance to apply. The last date has already been extended.
