TRAI has made it clear in its press release that no such call is made by TRAI, nor has TRAI authearped to do any third party agency. TRAI advised mobile users that no such call is made by any agency. If you get such a call, you do not need to panic. You have to report the number from which you have received the call.

Mobile users can report such fake calls by calling the National Cyber ​​Security Helpline No. 1930. Apart from this, such communication can be reported by visiting the official website or app Sanchar Saathi of the Department of Telecommunications.
