The songs in the album which created a stir were Kya Karte The Saajna Tum Humse Lal Dupatta Malmal Ka Sooni Sooni Akhiyon Mein Raqeebon Se Habibon Se. Despite endless efforts this album in the form of a film was never released. However the films album songs were released. The album became a superhit overnight after the release. Soon after the DVD of these songs went viral and within no time the DVDs were out of stock. According to media reports the film proved to be a super hit even without its release. Made with a budget of Rs. 75 lakh this film surprised the makers by earning more than Rs. 2 crore.
