Scroll down
First of all, go to the settings of your smartphone. If you scroll down a bit here, you will find the option of Google, tap on it.

After this, tap on your profile photo and go to Manage your Google Account.

Data and Privacy option
In Manage your Google Account, you will find the option of Data and Privacy. Select Web and App Activity inside it.

If you scroll down inside the Web and App Activity, you will find the option to Include Voice and Audio Activity. Uncheck this box.

The activity will be deleted automatically.
You have to click on Choose and auto-delete option for your Web and app activity a little below. All your web or app activity will be deleted automatically. You only have to select the time.
