In accordance with current rules for Bihar Health Services, the Bihar Health Department has expanded the necessary need that dental cadre physicians receive a No Objection Certificate (NOC) prior to pursuing further study or training. To guarantee adherence to this new clause, a directive has been sent to all types of government hospitals.
In the past, the NOC system was often disregarded despite its existence. Normally, doctors and dentists would only apply for NOC after being accepted or chosen for training, which caused the department to face administrative challenges.
The government has responded by requiring that all professionals of this kind apply for NOC within a month after submitting applications for further training or education. Counselling participation or enrolment will only be allowed with departmental permission.
The Health Department also pointed out that while a letter of verification for taking admission examinations and interviews is now in use, previous NOC requests lacked a formal bond, which resulted in inadequate paperwork. In order to streamline the approval procedure, a new NOC format has been established that requires applicants to fill out all required information.
