Flour – 250 grams
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Finely swollen – 1.5 tablespoons
Yogurt – 1.5 tbsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 teaspoon
Baking Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Hot water – 2-3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon sugar
Paneer – 1 bowl
1 teaspoon coriander
1 green chili
Salt and pepper to taste
To make Paneer Bhature, first of all, grate the cheese and take it out in a plate.
Add finely chopped green coriander and green chili to the grated cheese.
After preparing the cheese, prepare the bhatura flour. Sieve a bowl of flour to knead the dough.
Now add baking powder, sugar, baking soda, yogurt, salt and semolina according to the ingredients and mash it well by hand.
After kneading, mix the dough in hot water. Keep this dough a little flexible.
After this, apply oil on the dough and cover it and keep it for 20-25 minutes, when the dough is set well, make a dough and keep it aside.
Fill a small amount of cheese stuffing in all balls. Now give the dough to the shape of bhatura with the help of oil.
Heat oil in a pan. Put the bhatura in hot oil and fry it while turning it over. Pour hot oil with the help of a spoon over the bhature. Keep adding hot oil on the tour. This will swell it.
