Besan- 1 cup
Curd- 1/2 cup

To make a dhokla without yeast, first sieve the gram flour. After this, make a smooth batter by adding gram flour, curd, salt and some water to a bowl.
Keep in mind that this batter of Dhokla should not be too thick. Cover it and keep it for 2 hours. When you want to prepare Dhokla, now put lemon juice and ino in the batter. As soon as the foam arises, mix it immediately. Mix it well and prepare to put it in the steamer.
For this, apply some oil in the steamer mold and then put the batter in it. Now let it cook. After half an hour, apply a knife to it, if the knife has come out of the batter in a clear manner, then the dhokla is cooked. Remove the dhokla and cut it in equal pieces and keep it in a plate.
Pour tempering
Now it is the turn to prepare its temper. For this, first of all, heat some oil in a pan. Now add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies.
After this, add water, lemon and sugar to this pan and boil for 1 minute. Now the tempering is ready, so put this tempering on the chopped dhoklas. Leave it like this for 10 minutes and then serve.
