In Varanasi, on social media, the name of Mishra ji of Banaras and SP workers remain in the discussion due to one of his statements. Even due to that statement, he was also beaten up. The special thing is that the police has registered a case against Harish Mishra in this case, a case has been registered against other 54 people along with him.
In the case filed by the police himself, four people including Harish Mishra have been prosecuted. A case has been registered against them for assault, by blocking the road by blocking traffic and making disputed remarks on the Karni Sena. An FIR has been registered against the remaining 50 unidentified people in case of road jam and breach of peace.
On Saturday, some people associated with Karni Sena reached Harish Mishra's house near Kashi Vidyapeeth at half past one in the afternoon and started to argue about the statement on him. In the midst of the debate, people associated with the Karni Sena started killing Harish Mishra. Seeing the assault, the locals came in a middle and caught two people and beat him fiercely. On receiving the news of the uproar, the police reached the spot and registered a case on the complaint of Harish Mishra, but the police consider it a case of mutual rivalry and not a case related to the Karni Sena.
According to ADCP Kashi Saravanan T, none of the people who beat up are from the Karni Sena. And this was a matter of mutual rivalry. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav raised this issue on his Twitter handle and wrote that he posted a post on his X handle. He said that the Katilana attack on Harish Mishra, popularly known as Samajwadi Party's combative and sharp speaker and Banaras Mishra ji, is very condemnable.

Their bloody clothes are a sign of demolished law and order in Uttar Pradesh. Every SP worker has the power to withstand such attacks. Let's see whether there is any movement in the actionless body of the so -called government of Uttar Pradesh or not.
Harish Mishra, who started his political life from the Congress Seva Dal, has contested the 2022 assembly election from the Cantt assembly seat in Varanasi. Even before this, Harish Mishra has gone to jail in the case of disputed statement.
