Semolina cheela recipe:

The �Suji is used in many food dishes. You must have enjoyed many recipes including semolina upma, semolina pudding, but have you ever tried cheela made of semolina. Yes, eagles made of semolina are also behind anyone in terms of taste. Once you eat a semolina cheela, you will not be able to live without praising it. The semolina cheela is easy to make along with being delicious. It can be eaten as a breakfast or as a breakfast during the day. It does not take much time to make it. Sesame, wheat flour, curd, vegetables and cheese can also be used to make semolina cheela. Due to which the taste of chili increases significantly. Let's know the easy recipe for making delicious Soji Cheela.

Semolina – 1 cup

Wheat flour – 1/4 cup

Paneer – 100 grams

Yogurt – 1 cup

Chopped cauliflower – 1 cup

Cutted cabbage – 1 cup

Chopped capsicum – 1/2 cup

Chopped green chillies – 1 tsp

Ginger – 1/2 teaspoon

Green coriander finely chopped – 2 tablespoons

Oil requirement

Salt – as per taste

To make the semolina cheela rich in taste, first put the semolina in a mixing bowl. Add grated cheese and curd and mix well.

After this, add wheat flour and a little water to it and mix all the ingredients with the help of blender.

Now take out the prepared solution in a vessel. After this, finely chop cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum, green chilli, green coriander leaves and mix it in the batter.

After this, add grated ginger and salt as per taste and cover the semolina solution and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

By this time, the batter will be ready by flowering. Now take a nonstick pan and heat it on medium heat. When the griddle is hot, put a teaspoon of oil on the pan and spread it around.

Now take out the semolina-chilla batter in a bowl and keep it in the middle of the pan and spread it in a circular. Let the cheela cook for some time,

Then turn it over and apply oil on the edges and fry it with oil on top.

Fry the chilies till it becomes light brown and light crispy. After this, take out the semolina lach in a plate.

Similarly, prepare semolina cheela with all kheer one by one. The semolina cheela can be eaten as breakfast or during the day as breakfast.
